Special Programs for Newly Diagnosed

Pink Power Night

All breast cancer survivors at any stage, newly diagnosed or long-time survivors, are invited 
to attend these monthly meetings with a variety of topics available.

Young Survival Coalition (YSC)

BCSS partners with Young Survival Coalition (YSC) for young survivors under the age of 40 who meet to

discuss their unique needs. Fertility, motherhood, and dating are common concerns faced by young survivors.

Face Up To Safe Beauty

This program offers a safe space to address beauty concerns during
treatment, including skin routine, makeup, wigs, and more.

FORCE Programs

BCSS partners with FORCE to offer information to people who are explosring the impart of hereditary, breast, ovarian, pancreatic, prostate, colorectal and endometrial cancers.

Specialty Programs

BCSS offers a number of specialty programs throughout the year, such as yoga, fiber arts support group, book club and more!

Creative Arts 

These workshops, offered throughout the year, include creative writing, art therapy, and music therapy.

Integrative Therapy Series


These workshops will focus on caring for the whole self, mind, body, and spirit. Explore various techniques to support healing. This series offers a gentle, supportive space to explore a variety of healing techniques that nurture wellness from the inside out.




Take Heart Equine Workshops


These two-hour workshops will include various groundwork and teambuilding activities with horses

and other animals; no horse riding will be included.
