Tiffany Micale - Board Member

As the current Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President of M&T Bank in Birdsboro, I have dedicated the last 21 years to building strong connections and meaningful relationships with local small businesses and non-profit organizations to reach their financial goals. Additionally, I have been serving as the Treasurer of the Liberty Fire Company Social Quarters for the past 6 years. Before joining the BCSS Board of Directors, I was a volunteer on the finance committee at BCSS and will continue to serve on that committee.

I am a proud graduate of Holy Name High School and Alvernia University. I credit my daughter Ella, who was two at the time, for unknowingly saving my life. Without her actions, I might not have been diagnosed with breast cancer until it was too late. I am thankful for the support and guidance that BCSS provided to me, and my fiancé Dan. I am grateful and honored for the opportunity to give back to the organization that helped me through such a challenging time. 

When not working or volunteering, I enjoy reading, watching Star Trek with Dan, and cherishing the time I get to spend with all my loved ones as a survivor.
